When you travel with EME Premium, a human concierge plans your trip from scratch: researching hotels that actually match what you want (not just what earns the most commission), arranging private transfers between cities, holding restaurant tables at places worth going to, and staying available throughout the trip if anything needs changing.
Our concierge fee starts at €200 per adult per day — children count as 0.2 of an adult. That fee covers all the planning, coordination, and on-trip support, and nothing else: hotels, restaurants, transport, guides and entries are booked on your behalf and billed at cost, quoted before you commit. Ground costs depend entirely on where you go — a day in Switzerland or Japan is not a day in Egypt or Vietnam — so we quote them per destination rather than publishing one global figure. A Michelin dinner or a safari lodge can exceed a whole day's concierge fee on its own, and we would rather say so up front than surprise you with it.
