Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes. If you build a trip on Free and decide you want a human to take it over, send it to us — Premium starts from your existing itinerary if you have one.

What about your group packages?

Our guided small-group circuits across the Middle East are listed separately — scroll to the Packages section on the homepage to see current dates and pricing. They aren't a plan you subscribe to, they're individual departures you join.

What does Premium actually cost end-to-end?

€200–400 per adult per day is our planning and concierge fee — that's what you pay EME, and children count as 0.2 of an adult. Hotels, transport, restaurants, guides and entries are booked for you and billed at cost on top of it. What that adds up to depends entirely on the destination — a day in Switzerland or Japan costs several times a day in Egypt or Vietnam — so we quote ground costs per destination instead of publishing one global range. A Michelin dinner or a safari lodge can exceed a full day's concierge fee by itself.

How is Business different from Premium?

Premium plans a leisure trip around what you love; Business plans a work trip around where you have to be. Tell us your meeting or venue address and we anchor everything to it — a vetted hotel near the office, airport-to-office-to-dinner transfers, rail between cities, and the free evenings and weekends in between. The European evenings-and-half-day preview is live now; the full worldwide service is run by our desk on request. Pricing is per-seat or billed to the company, so reach out and we'll scope it.
